  1. Erich Heneke - Treasurer
    The treasurer of Official Love has a strong background in finance and accounting with 12 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting. He has also been actively involved in internal audits and forensic investigation exercises during his career. Mr. Heneke holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota. He has spent time in the private accounting arena, both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Heneke is a nationally known speaker on a variety of topics including risk management, auditing and fraud.
  2. Kristopher D. Loving, Sr. - Founder & President
    Official Love's founder and CEO is a strong believer in building communities and families. Mr. Loving is a well-respected official in the sports of basketball, football, and women's lacrosse. Kristopher received his formal training from Triton College, where he received an Associate of Science Degree in Health, Sport & Exercise Science, and Eastern Illinois University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Studies. Mr. Loving founded Official Love in 2014 and continues to effectively promote its vision, mission and values.
  3. Dawn Johnson - Vice President of Health and Wellness
    Ms. Johnson has over 15 years of experience as a registered nurse, she is a trained wellness coach, certified nutrition consultant, former certified strength and conditioning coach, former personal trainer and currently working on nurse health and wellness coach certification. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing and Biology with a minor in Physical Education from Luther College. She also earned a Masters of Nursing from the University of Phoenix and pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Augsburg College. Ms. Johnson is a former collegiate athlete, and now serves as a certified official in soccer, football, swimming, and girls lacrosse.
  4. John Hachtel - Secretary
    John Hachtel is the Director of Marketing and Communications at the University of Minnesota Rochester. He has worked in the communications field for nearly four decades, with the majority of his career spent in service to higher education. His experience in university marketing and communications has focused on branding, recruitment marketing, crisis communications, media relations, event management and community relations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Delaware and a Master of rts degree in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore. Throughout his professional life, Mr. Hachtel has also been active as a volunteer and board member for many community-based nonprofits. He believes strongly in assisting his neighbors to become engaged and invested in the well-being of our community.
  5. Regina Seabrook - Vice President of Education
    Regina Seabrook is an expert educator of 18 years and community volunteer. Ms. Seabrook was recruited to develop and implement the Rochester Public Schools SAFE (Student and Family Engagement) Program, a college and career readiness program for first generation college students that ran successfully for four years. Prior to her time in Rochester, she taught middle school and high school history for South Washington County Schools, where she piloted the Teacher Cadet Program.  In 2006, Ms. Seabrook was the recipient of the Elizabeth A. Sorin Award from Hamline University for her master’s thesis, focusing on building trusting and collaborative partnerships between white teachers and parents of color.  Demonstrating her high level of engagement, Ms. Seabrook, served on the state Social Studies Standards writing committee, the Student Engagement Indicators work group, the Achievement and Integration work group, and the Bias Review Panel for the MCA Science test for the Minnesota Department of Education.  In 2010 Ms. Seabrook was honored as a finalist for MN Teacher of the Year. She recently finished a superintendent program with St. Mary’s University and was also appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Marshall School.      Ms. Seabrook is invested in both the joy and the empowerment of youth and serves her community with a focus on removing barriers and expanding access to education and employment opportunities.
